Fits: KAWASAKI 750SS MACHIV (H2)
Bought these pipes about two years ago.Had them chromed localy. As the other reviewer, I had to widen one cilinder exhaust outlet, as the pipe didn't fit right. On my bike,'73 H2A, there's no hitting the fender at all!Sound and performance is awesome, so very pleased with this set!Recommend them.View Detail

Nice fabrication and welding. Good fit, only had to elongate one mounting hole. However, down pipe radius to big, so front wheel hits middle pipe when forks compress. So pipes are useless, and as you can\'t return them, a waste of money. Also, the baffle tubes are too short and don\'t reach the end of the last cone. They don\'t even line up, so restrict gas flow. Should have bought a set of Higgs.View Detail
i recieved the plated chambers , although packaged in bubble wrap the chambers had noticible dents in them from handeling either at their warehouse or during shipment. The rear mounting tab brackets had significant rust build up the interface of the tab re-enforcement and the exterior muffler tube. There was indication of improperplating as well as plating thickness problems as indicated by trace rust through the chrome on every chamber. the primary head pipes on all chambers were not round as should be expected from mandrel bent tubes but instead are all out of round and noticable. I will have to spend about 100 hours on the chambers to bring them up to expected quality. I must replate the areas that are showing rust and possibly reform the head pipes to get them round in diameter, the dents will require me to pneumatically and thermally shrink them out , this will probably mean replating the whole chamber. If i would have known the inferior workmanship i would have ordered the non plated chambers to make rework easier. The welds and base design appear to be decent but not normal custom welding quality. The price is right for the non plated parts but with the quality issues I would expect at least a $100 dollar less cost for the set unplated and 200 less plated .These chambers were the xess 250/400 individual silenced chambers. If you have no understanding of what denco, higgs speed or other quality chambers looked like new and are looking for a set of poser quality pipes these are ok, but if you are looking for at least as quality as the original Kawasaki factory stuff , these do not cut it at the price pointsView Detail
R1-Z Chamber, Material:Steel (iron) Made of.
The appearance of the heat resistance is easily recognizable as that of an outside chamber. [Color] Clear coating.
The price is not cheap, but I think it is one of the cheapest among external chambers. I recommend it to those who want to change chamber for a trial.
The carburetor setting also does not seem to need to be changed for city driving or touring use. This is also a good point to change for trial purposes.
I don't know about the durability of the Zess Chamber because I have not been able to drive it for a long time after installation, but I have not seen any reviews that the stay part breaks after 500 to 1000 km on the similarly-priced chambers of other companies. I think this is the main reason why I chose Zess Chamber.
The sound is quieter than the OEM, but the unique dry sound of the Twost is still the same and seems to have gone from low to slightly higher pitched.
OEM weight is 8kg (Probably w) The weight of the R1-Z is 1kg, whereas that of the R1-Z is 1kg, which is considerably lighter. However, it is said that the R1-Z was designed with a heavier chamber as a desperate measure because the center of gravity of the body was at the top, so we do not know what the result of the lighter chamber will be, but we think it will probably improve fuel efficiency.
If you are looking for speed, I suggest you buy something for Race. You will need more than 100,000 dollars to buy a used one. For sound, Material:Stainless Steel, for example, sounds good.
The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the Instruction Manual and the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If you are replacing a Chamber or Exhaust System for the first time, it is recommended that you use the "Quantity" option.:Pair (for Left and Right) It may be a little difficult to tell which is which, so it is recommended to temporarily assemble and check before installing. I also felt a little uneasy.
I'm glad I bought it. I can't wait to go for a run after the rain that has been going on since the rainy season is over!View Detail
