Genuine GBRacing Engine Protection Set for MT03 2020

This is a set for the Ninja 650 of a customer who wanted to add a little more protection to the casing of their bike. I have personally used GBRacing many times in the past for both my bike and customers bikes and know they are second to none for protection of you beloved. Finding the correct set was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to be sure I did not write the wrong number down. Really good price for this set from Webike and pretty much the same as I could source locally here in the UK. Yes, you can get other manfacturers who make sets like these but I have my own experience of how well these perform in the event of an off. They do take a good beating but essentially, these are to protect you casing. They also look really cool too. For all you get in this kit, the value for money is brilliant, 3 pieces in total and one of the best set of bolts you could ask for. There is the alternator cover and clutch cover and finally the pulse cover. Great price for a 3 piece set. The composite is not just plastic like some of the other kits you can buy, they have a percentage of fibre too for strength and durability. GBRacing have really done their homework here and I can confirm the durability is epic. All was packed out really well and even the small pieces were protected during transit. Upon opening the set box, I was really happy to find all was present and correct, the right amount of bolts etc is always a bonus. Having had previous experience in fitting these, it was a piece of cake. It's pretty much the same for each model anyway. Take your time, set out the individual covers and allocated bolts and it's alot easier than fumbling for the right bolt. The customer is really pleased with this kit and to be honest, I am too. Because this bike had a bit of an accident and was getting rebuilt, the customer asked if there was anything else they could add which would help protect it against any further mishaps. I do tend to suggest that GBRacing engine kits are the way to go and this was the case here. Finding the right set was not hard as I just used the search function on Webike and then for my own peace of mind, I cross referenced with GBRacing website. With a few other smaller parts in my order, I had them all shipped together to save on costs and all arrived safely via EMS in 5 days from being shipped. The box all arrived well padded and the covers were in their own little GBRacing packets anyway. This set comprised of just the generator cover and the clutch cover which is more than sufficient for this bike and how small it is. The covers are made of some kind of composite and not just plain old plastic like a lot of other companies use. These are tough puppies and do withstand a good knock and or scrape down the road. They really are the mutts nuts when it comes to engine protection. All the necessary parts needed were aleady in the packets so there is no need to go hunting for specific bolts etc. You can feel the quality of these covers from both outside and inside. There is even a nice little GBRacing logo perched inside a cut out on the covers. Good touch. The fitting was pretty straight forward. Just take your time and make sure you have everything at hand before you start and you will have no issues. I also tend to use a little copper slip for the bolts which stops them from becoming stuck in there if you ever need to change them out. Cracking job Webike, thank you for the help. View Detail

This set was purchsed for the a newish R6 that a customer wanted to try and keep the bike from any damage in case of an accident. Obviously, this is a really good idea as you just never know what minght happen on the roads. Finding the right set was not too difficult as I just added my bike model and details to the search on GBRacing website and this came up. This set does include the pulse cover, the clutch cover and also more inportantly the generator cover. The price of this set was cheaper than if you purchased them all separately so made perfect sende to get the set. Webike price was slightly better thamn I could source locally but these were not actually in stock at the UK supplier at the time I needed them. I chose as my preferred courier EMS, I use them as they get the orders to me fast and safely with no stress. The order arrived with me in 5 days from being shipped which is awesome. All the covers in the set were individually packaged and then inside a large sealed bag. The finish on these covers is really eye catching, even down to the name plate GBRacing on the sides of each cover. The packets all included every piece you need to attach including the spacers where needed. The composition of these is definitely not just plastic and upon further investigations by myself they are proven to withhold a lot more stress than a lot of other brands in this same category. Fitting was really straight forward as you also get a comprehensive set of instructions per cover. These do look excellent and I am confident in them. As for the customer, they are really pleased. The partners bike needed some of these to protect their new bike. GBRacing are a brilliant brand and used a lot. Very cost effective compared to bashing up your casings. Very good price from Webike. They arrived in a box that was full with instructions. There are very strong stainless steel bolts inside to fit all covers. The material is very nice to touch. Very strong also. This bike was being restored back to how it should look out of the factory. There were a few parts that were either missing or damaged beyond repair. One of these was the cable holder for the front mudguard. I was happy to find that Webike did actually stock these and was available to ship within a couple of days. I found the right part number however by using Yamaha schematics. Not too difficult really. The cable holder from Webike was really good value for such a unique part. Better than I could source locally but that would take 2 weeks for the Yamaha dealer to get it. Anyway, with a couple of other parts for the RD350 I got them all shipped using EMS and the package arrived in 7 days from being shipped. The cable holder did come in the Yamaha packaging and was inside a bubble wrap envelope. The cable holder itself is a gorgeous shiny chromed one. The quality is perfect and the threaded section is smooth as butter to add to the mudguard. I did have to remove the speedo cable to slip through the cable holder but that was as difficult as it got for this job. Threaded onto the mudguard and that was complete. This was a set for the R1200GS of a customer who wanted to try the SBS brand for themselves. Although this is a large powered bike, obviously it will not be going near a track. So these will be great for the bike. Finding the correct part was pretty easy as I visited SBS website and put my R1200GS model details in. Webike had these in stock and so ordered with a few other parts. The shipping was fast and via EMS, delivered to me in 7 days. All was packed really well and did not move during transit, no damage at all. The pads came in their own SBS branded packet and arrived with no chips or any visual damage at all. The sintered material looks really coarse so no doubt they will stop the bike when needed. They were fitted really easily and without a hitch. After speaking to the bike owner a few days later, they confirmed they have a great initial bite even for the rear was brilliant and with no ill effects. All in all, very pleased with these pads. Whilst replacing the transmission bearing on the FZ750, I came across another issue with the transmission oil seal during the change of one of the bearings. The oil seal was totally dead and needed changing. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased. There were a couple of other parts that I wanted to get for my wife's Ninja 650 which will help protect the bike if there is any accident and double as stand hooks. These are what I decided to get and the added bonus is that not only will they protect the swingarm but you use them to lift the rear wheel with a paddock stand. Dual purpose which is brilliant. I found the correct part numbers by checking Evotech website and adding the model of bike. Very pleased to see that Webike also stock them, so purchased them from here instead. The price is roughly what I could get them for locally but I can count of Webike delivering my items on time and without a hitch. The shipping method I chose this time was EMS fast service. It was a very good price as I also had a few other parts in my basket and this cut the shipping down than just buying one or two parts. Everything arrived with me in 7 days. The outer box was sealed and the little bit of empty space inside the box was filled with bubble wrap. All my parts, even the smaller ones arrived in perfect condition. The stand hooks came in their own box which was nice and touch so there would be no damage. They have a really smoothed out thread on the bolts which went in smoothly, not notchy or sharp edged. They attach to the mounting points on the swingarm with no issue. The stand hooks themselves are made from a special nylon I believe, don't quote me on that though but they are very similar to the others I have purchased. I tried them with my standard paddock stand and they are a perfect fit, no wobble like some other stand hooks so a very good product all around. Very pleased with the result. After a lot of hard riding on this off roader, the rear brake pedal was too bent to bring back to how it should be. The only good alternative is really to buy a new one. Not too big a deal, it's just a pain to be off the road for an extended period waiting for this to arrive. I tried to get one locally but there were no dealers with stock and buy the time they could get stock in, I could get one delivered from Webike. Finding the right pedal for this year and model was easy enough by checking Honda schematics. Webike did have a sale on some of the Honda parts and I got this for a few pounds cheaper than I would've done anyway. I like this a lot. With some other parts that needed to be ordered too, I got them al shipped using EMS. My order arrived in 7 days and all the parts were expertly packaged. The brake pedal was inside the Honda packaging and was also padded out in the box with air pockets. The brake pedal is a really well made piece of kit and the material used looks to be improved slightly as it seems thicker and sturdier than the one we removed. Great stuff. The quality is brilliant and hopefully, this will take as good a beating as the old one. The fitting is a little tricky but if you take your time, you're good to go. All fitted in an hour or so with all the extra parts I needed to add back. Very happy with this purchase, thank you Webike. See you soon. View Detail
